PortWell UK is the training organisation for Leaders/Managers as we have an in-depth working knowledge of the day to day issues faced by those who manage services. We can help leaders develop new skills and build upon those that they already have by training, assessment, mentoring and coaching within the work environment. PortWell UK offer a variety of work based learning opportunities including: management consultancy, short courses and various RQF Awards, Certificates and Diploma’s in Health and Social Care, Teaching and Assessment. We can tailor make a course of learning and development that’s meets the individual needs of your overall service.
- We believe our first responsibility is to increase the knowledge and skills of those engaged in delivering care with the aim of adding value through a learning union with those who use our products and services.
- In meeting our customer’s needs everything we do must be of high quality, we must constantly work towards maintaining reasonable prices and responding to market changes, in particular knowledge requirements in the care field.
- We believe that fostering a healthy and productive relationship between the training provider, employer and learner can for fill the principles of good learning practice by setting realistic and ethical learner targets.
- We aim to, through the use of technology and responsible behaviour, reduce our impact on the environment and provide a virtual learning resource bringing together professionals from the care arena.
