The recommendations in the new approach to continuing professional development (CPD) recognise that learning takes place in different ways and is not always associated with a course. The standards for employers and supervision framework apply to all employers of care workers and outline the responsibility of employers to provide their staff with a flexible approach and provision for CPD.

At PortWell UK we offer our continued support to employers and learners by producing core principles, resources and guidance to support employers to continue to develop their work workforce. Helping teams to understand the process of knowledge and learning, empowering them to own and develop their own career plans.

Contact us for help with planning, recording and using your CPD to progress your career.
