This qualification is suitable for those who work within the assessing sector. It provides learners with an opportunity to demonstrate their competence in a wide range of job roles.

Progression Opportunities

Learners who achieve this qualification could progress into employment as an assessor or onto further qualifications such as:

  • LAO Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement (RQF)
  • LAO Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQF)
  • LAO Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes (RQF)
